Dr Arjana Tambic Andrasevic is the head of the Department of Clinical Microbiology at the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases in Zagreb. She is chairing a number of professional organizations in the country including the Croatian Committee for Antibiotic Resistance Surveillance and the Interdisciplinary Section for Antibiotic Resistance Control. She is a member of the European Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network (EARS-Net) Coordination Group and a WHO consultant for antibiotic resistance surveillance.
